Leadership
ICANEO is led by Julia Timms, an experienced commercial and strategy leader with a track record of building, scaling, and operating across complex ecosystems.
Julia has worked at the intersection of capital, corporates, platforms, and public-sector environments, advising and operating within multi-stakeholder models where growth depends on coordination rather than control. Her experience spans ecosystem strategy, platform development, market entry, and operating model design, particularly across the GCC.
ICANEO reflects a practitioner's perspective. The firm has been shaped by first-hand exposure to what enables ecosystems to scale and what causes them to stall, from misaligned incentives and weak platforms to unclear governance and fragmented execution.
Julia works directly with clients at leadership, fund, and board level, ensuring clarity of intent, quality of decisions, and accountability through delivery. ICANEO is intentionally structured to remain independent, focused, and deeply engaged, rather than operating as a volume-led consultancy.
